GIGAGLIDE application instructions

Application notes:

The surface of your winter sports equipment should be wax-free, otherwise GG cannot penetrate the surface.
Please remove any remaining wax, brush it out or use ski wax remover.

If the ski has been treated with fluoro wax in the past, professional deep cleaning is necessary!
Gigaglide and fluoro wax do not tolerate each other, even if fluorine was used some time ago!


For the best effect:

  1. The ski should be dry before application
    Ideally leave Gigaglide to work for >12 hours
    (If the exposure time is shorter, GG also works, but it may not be optimal, or GG may not last as long as usual)
  2. No need to peel off! -> the structure of the ski is preserved!
  3. Ideally, lightly polish with a cotton cloth (not a microfiber cloth!) after it has dried. 

    (not absolutely necessary, but it shortens the time until the GG glide effect is activated)
